AGL does not want to sell you a system. We would like to own the system outright meaning we will incur the overall costs of putting the system design together as well as installation and up keep. In some cases we will even pay a yearly fee to lease your roof or land.

AGL has agreed to assume those risks in many cases and install systems at no cost to building owners. We would make money from selling Renewable Energy Credits as well as monthly utility income. Risks involved include the SREC market, which tends to fluctuate on a monthly basis. We would become the primary utility provider for your building. However, we have a guarantee that we will offer you a price on your electric that easily beats the leading power provider in your area by at least half. If your electric provider is offering you 16 cents per kW we will discount your monthly rate to $0.08. And while utility rates tend to rise 2% on a yearly basis, ours won’t. It will stay the same rate for the life of the system.
Putting a solar array on your building is a rare win-win situation for all parties involved in the business world. The client saves hundreds of thousands up front in system costs and thousands monthly on utility bills. Your solar array would become more than just your primary energy source. It would serve as an important marketing piece to further drive your business. Your commercial building can be referred to as a clean energy producer as well.
